REGYMEN Fitness is where athletes like you prepare for their first HYROX with the structure, coaching, and competitive standards you expect.
For competitive athletes entering HYROX. Limited onboarding spots each month.

There’s a difference.
You’ve already proven you can suffer. You may have even crossed finish lines that most people never attempt. You understand what structured training demands, and you’re not afraid of the work.
But HYROX requires specific preparation. It’s not a pure endurance test. It’s not a strength competition. It’s a hybrid race that rewards athletes who prepare for both. Eight functional workout stations. Eight 1-kilometer runs between them. The athlete who manages power output, pacing, transitions, and mental resilience across all sixteen segments – wins.
That’s why athletes that sign up for a HYROX race don’t wing it. They train at a gym that is certified for it.

REGYMEN Fitness is one of a select number of facilities worldwide designated as an Official HYROX Training Club. Our coaches, programming, and facility are ideal for this race format. We’ve taken athletes like you from their first HYROX session to competitive race-day performances, and we do it through structure, expertise, and experience.

If you’re new to HYROX, here’s what you’re signing up for, and why it’s become the competition of choice for hybrid athletes worldwide.
HYROX is a standardized indoor fitness race. Every event, anywhere in the world, follows the exact same format:
8 x 1 km runs (alternating with workout stations)
8 functional workout stations performed in a fixed sequence
Total distance: 8 km of running + all station work
Timed from start to finish, your overall time is your score
Athletes who come from endurance backgrounds often underestimate the strength stations. Athletes from strength backgrounds often underestimate the cumulative running volume.
That’s why training for HYROX isn’t just ‘doing more fitness.’ It’s developing specific capacities like sled mechanics, SkiErg pacing, transition strategy, station-to-run recovery that only come from targeted, coached preparation.

I really enjoy working out at Regymen! The workouts are challenging and the trainers are very supportive! I really like that the workouts are displayed on the screen with a demonstration to keep me on track! They have a lot of equipment that can help you prepare for higher level fitness competitions like DEKA and HYROX! If you’re looking for a gym that helps you meet your fitness goals this is the gym for you!!

Regymen Fitness Round Rock has been an absolute game-changer for me. The coaches are incredibly supportive and actually coach — they’ve helped me build real strength and endurance while making sure my form is dialed in. They’re great at offering smart modifications so you can train hard without feeling wrecked or left behind. On top of that, the community is next-level positive. Walk in and it’s all smiles, encouragement, and good energy. It’s the kind of place where you feel pushed and supported at the same time. If you want strong coaching and a genuinely welcoming vibe, this is it.

I can’t say enough good things about Regymen! It’s the perfect combo of cardio & strength training in an efficient 45 minute workout session! I love the variety of machines & equipment, workouts, challenges, and the ability to adapt to your physical capabilities. I was able to workout here during my pregnancy and always felt safe. There’s no pressure or guilt trips if you can’t do something. Just positive reinforcement. Tyson, Natalie, Tommy and Caitlyn are amazing and fun coaches. Best of all, they treat everyone like family! This is THE BEST workout in the Austin area. (I’ve tried a lot of them, but I’ve stayed here the longest.)

This is exactly who this program is built for. You’re not starting from zero, you have a competitive fitness foundation. What you need is HYROX-specific skill development, station technique, race strategy, and the hybrid conditioning that this format demands. Our training takes your existing athletic base and builds HYROX readiness on top of it.
For athletes with an existing training foundation, our typical preparation timeline is 10–16 weeks depending on your baseline fitness, the specific gaps we identify in your assessment, and your target race date. Your coach will give you a realistic timeline during your Readiness Assessment.
That’s exactly what our training addresses. We don’t assume prior station experience. We teach proper mechanics from the ground up, sled drive technique, SkiErg pacing, rowing efficiency, wall ball rhythm. You’ll develop competence and then build capacity. Many of our most successful first-time HYROX athletes had zero station experience when they started.
A generic plan doesn’t know your weaknesses. It can’t correct your sled push angle. It can’t adjust your pacing strategy based on benchmark data. And it can’t simulate race conditions with coaching feedback. REGYMEN provides certified coaching, individualized programming adjustments, real-time technique correction, performance assessment, and race simulation, all within an Official HYROX Training Club facility with competition-grade equipment.
It’s a 60-minute, one-on-one session with a certified coach. We’ll evaluate your running fitness, strength baseline, movement quality, and station-specific skills. We’ll also discuss your competition history, HYROX goals, and available training time. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of where you stand and what your preparation path looks like.
Not necessarily, but we strongly recommend having a target race date. Training with a specific deadline creates accountability and allows us to build a periodized plan that peaks you at the right moment. If you’re not sure which race to enter, our coaches can advise you on upcoming HYROX events and appropriate divisions.
It depends on the timeline and your goals. HYROX preparation can complement other endurance training, but it requires dedicated sessions for station work and hybrid conditioning. During your assessment, we’ll discuss your full race calendar and design a program that manages training load across your goals. We’re honest about what’s realistic.
Yes. We cap new HYROX athletes each month to maintain coaching quality and ensure every athlete receives the attention and programming they need. When spots fill, new athletes are placed on a waitlist for the next availability.

Assessments are by appointment only. Limited slots available each week.
